The apartment is situated just off the main street of Dornoch offering guests plenty of amenities within a stone's throw of the property. Flat 3 is within a short walk of the Royal Dornoch golf club & Dornoch beach. Open plan Lounge/Kitchen/Dining area: The kitchen is equipped with two electric ovens, electric stove top/ hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, radio, plenty of cutlery and ample pots and pans for dining in. The breakfast bar has with stools. Dining table for up to 8 guests. The lounge is furnished with a cream settee and 2 armchairs, there is a smart TV with FreeSat channels and a great selection of books & games. The first bedroom offers guests a super-king bed, bedside cabinets, bedside lights, USB charging points by bed, chest of drawers, Juliet balcony overlooking the quiet courtyard to the rear of the property. Walk in dressing room. En-suite shower room with large rainfall showerhead, wash hand basin and toilet. The second bedroom consists of a super-king bed, bedside cabinets, bedside lamps and 2 USB charging points, chest of drawers, mirror. Window overlooking the quiet courtyard to rear of the property. The third bedroom has a king-size bed, bedside cabinets, bedside lamps and USB charging points either side of the bed. There are chest of drawers and a mirror. The window overlooks the quiet courtyard to rear of the property. The main bathroom has a bath, large rainfall shower, wash hand basin & toilet. The laundry room consists of a washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes airer, ironing board and iron. The hallway offers a large cupboard with rail for clothes storage and a space for storing golf equipment. Central heating with on-demand hot water. Wi-Fi is included at no extra cost. A hairdryer is provided in each bedroom. No smoking. No parties or events. Check-in time is 4PM - 10PM. Check out time is 10AM. Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay. All bed linen, towels and tea towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price. A starter pack of supplies includes toilet rolls, sugar, teabags.
