Townhouse in the heart of Ystad
Our townhouse in the centre of Ystad is newly renovated, super cozy and perfect for a family or two couples. There's a private courtyard and it's located within walking distance to the city centre, public transport and beach. You’ll love our place because of the charm, the location and that it's fully equipped to welcome families and couples. Our house is on two floors with a large living space, kitchen, a dining room, bathroom with shower and guest room downstairs. On the second floor there's the master bedroom, a kids room and bathroom with bathtub. From the kitchen and living room you can open up to the court yard/garden with table, chairs and sunshade - in the summer, there is sunlight late in the evening. The house is typical Ystad architecture built in 1909, full of charm, yet newly renovated and fully equipped for comfort and functionality. You have access to the full house, private garden / court yard and parking. You can really feel at home! I won't be able to be there in person all the time but am available to answer any questions you may have via phone, message or mail. There is also always someone in the family close by to answer questions or help out! We are in the city centre, a couple of minutes walk wherever you want to go, yet it's calm and peaceful. You don't need to worry about being disturbed, nor by disturbing someone else. It's close to restaurants and shopping as well as the beach and nature. Easy to get around, you don't even need to have a car, public transportation is close by. There is a parking right outside the house. Short walking distance from the city centre (5min), train station (10min) and a few more minute's walk and you're at the beach. Buses and public transport is just around the corner. We live in the house with our family when we're home in Sweden but when we're not here, we love for others to be able to enjoy our house and our beloved Ystad!
