lovely summerhouse in Rørvig (Nakke)-beach&nature

My place has two master bedrooms, a bedroom with two bunk beds, plus sleeping sofa for one. Infant bed also available. The big “glass” room where the dining table is, is not isolated properly (will be chilly from October to April) The living room has a nice wood burning oven, wood is provided. There is an outdoor shower and a trampoline in the garden (no net) as well as Grill and outdoor fireplace. The house is at the edge of a nature resort, and a walking trail passes by the property. .We are ready to take bookings for the period April-October. My house is close to the beach, with a big garden on the edge of a beautiful, small and quiet summerhouse area. You’ll love the place because of the coziness and the open forest feel, a small walk from the beach and the bird resort in Nakke, direct access to great walking and biking trails. Don’t be surprised if you see a bambi crossing through the garden. The house has a big conservatory with a roof made from 25mm polycarbonate. This space is not air conditioned, it will be warm in summer and cold in winter. On a hot sunny day the room will be too hot, but you will then have plenty of alternatives outside. Wooden terrace out side made from lark. The whole house and garden. Just next to the trampoline on the grass there is wood for burning, you are welcome to use for the fire place indoor. In the corner of the garden there are building materials for the new shack that is marked. (Please don’t touch it) On the West side there are 2 big wood piles that are covered with white plastic. (Please don’t touch Them as well) I am often in the area and can usually stop by once or twice a week if needed. Possible to get mobile data for 100kr Per stay but you need to tell me before. The house is on a large lot of land, surrounded by beautiful nature. It is situated in a dwelling of 22 summerhouses, which borders to the Isefjord on the South side and to fields and the bird reservoir on the North side. The large house lots with many bushes and trees give the dwelling a quiet and idyllic feel. The beach by Isefjorden is 250m down the road through the summerhouse area. It is quiet (hardly any visitors) and beautiful, with sand in the water and grass and small stones on the shore. There are a couple of picnic tables and benches. The water is usually very clear and generally a few degrees warmer than the North beach. The North beach is approximately 7km away, and here you find great sandy beaches, an ice cream kiosk and lifeguards in the summer season. From the back yard you can enter the forest and walk to the bird reservoir and through all the way to Nykøbing. Rørvig harbour is also around 7km away. The most beautiful way to reach there is on a bike and walking path that follows the shoreline starting near the Nakke village. The area surrounding Nakke, Rørvig and Nykøbing is ideal for making bike trips. If you arrive from Copenhagen, the ferry ride from Hundested to Rørvig is a pleasant and relaxing 25 minute trip. The AC heater ( ment for heating) covers two bedrooms, kitchen and living room. Smoking in the house is NOT allowed. There is a step in the bathroom. Bed linen and towels are not included. It can be rented for 125 kr per person, if you let me know a week in advance. For summer 2021 we Will most likely have mobil data ;-) it is 100kr per stay please say if u want it :-) it’s unlimited Mobil data from YouSee works ok.
