Beautiful modern cottage in the first row with magnificent views of Roskilde Fjord. High up on a hill where the fjord view all day long and the sunset is most beautiful. The house is 98 sqm and stylishly furnished with a living/dining room from which there is a clear view of the fjord. The living room has a built-in fireplace and the house contains four cosy bedrooms, a functional bathroom and separate well-equipped kitchen. From the wooden terrace there is a stair leading directly to the beach. Guest access. The plot is 1,550 sqm where the upper part is in a hilly terrain and the lower part is a steep slope down to its own beach. Guests have access to the entire grounds, and have the entire house to themselves. There is private parking for 1 car and a 11kW electric charger. There is easy access to public transport where the local railway which runs between Hillerød and Hundested Harbour has a stop at Lille Kregme train station, 10 minutes walk from the cottage. The train also stops in the nearest larger town which is Frederiksværk. In Frederiksværk there good opportunities for local shopping. In the Frederiksværk Marina there is a cosy harbour with café and a seafood shop. Other things worth noting. The area is quiet, secluded and lush. From the living room there is direct access to a large partially covered terrace with glass roof. On the edge of the sloping plot there is another large wooden terrace from which there is an unobstructed view of the beautiful fjord and the starry sky. From the terrace it is a fantastic vue and rich opportunity to watch the bird life. During the summer months, you may be lucky enough to see sailing with one of the reconstructed Viking ships from Roskilde Museum.
