This beautiful villa, set on a plot of 1,000sqm, is less than a 5-minute walk away from the beautiful beach of Port Mer beach, where you will find bars and restaurants and during the summer you can also enjoy the concerts and events organised by the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto a beautiful dining area and living room that has a wood stove to warm up winter evenings. The living room extends onto the terrace with direct access to the heated swimming pool. - Sleeping area: the villa has 5 bedrooms all with storage: 3 on the ground floor which share a family bathroom with walk-in shower and an independent toilets. The other 2 bedrooms, with their refined decoration, are upstairs sharing a shower room with toilets. - Outside: the swimming pool dimensions are generous (11m x 5m) and is open from April to September. For all these services, please do not hesitate to contact us. About Cancale and its surroundings: La Perle is located 3.5 km from Cancale. Cancale offers multiple activities at sea and in the harbour which follows the rhythm of the largest tides in Europe. The oyster farms are located by the harbour and the oyster market allows you to buy fresh oysters directly from the producers. We highly recommend tasting oysters on one of the benches by the market with a glass of white wine. The port of La Houle is very lively with many bars and sea food restaurants and shops. In the city centre,, you will also find many, shops and some art galleries. A food market is held there every Sunday morning and during the summer regular events do take place during the market. Hiking enthusiasts can explore the GR34 hiking trail which offer breathtaking panoramas. The Pointe du Grouin, nearby the villa, is the starting point for 2 great hikes: one looks out onto the bay of Mont Saint-Michel, the other heads towards Saint-Malo and its Emerald coast and is dotted with sand beaches. Many inland hiking trails also allow you to discover a rich and varied flora and a preserved architectural heritage. Cancale is also an ideal base for visiting the region: Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Mont-Saint Michel and all its bay (Le Mont-Dol, Dol-de-Bretagne, etc.). What you should know about « La Perle »: - The house is located 3.5 KM from Cancale and its shops. - The ground floor of the house is wheelchair accessible. However, help is needed to get in and out: there is a step to take. A handicapped passage was built on the side of the house allowing easier access to the house and a slope was built to facilitate access to the swimming pool. - Concerning the household linen, it is a supplement for the stays of 4 nights and less (17 € / pers). - The villa is managed by a travel agency specialising in holiday rentals - Archipel Evasion: a credit card pre-authorisation of 400 € will be requested (please note that the money will not debited from your account). For larger groups of up to 16 people and 2 babies, it is possible to rent the 2 independent houses that are located on the same plot of land. Each house has its own parking and garden. The swimming pool is reserved exclusively for the occupants of « La Perle » (capacity 10 people). The other house, La Mouette, is also featured on Airbnb. It is a house for max 6 people.
