Villa Copanello with Garden

The cottage, completely independent, is surrounded by a large private garden with olive and lemon trees, watching the fabulous view of the Squillace Gulf. A small panoramic viewpoint, showing the Copanello sea, and a large covered patio allow you to enjoy a moment of leisure in the green. The house consists of two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, a bathroom and a large living room with fireplace and sofa bed. It 'been completely renovated in the spring of 2014 and it‘ been furnished with new furniture, beds, and appliances. It also was been equipped with all comforts and with towels, and all kinds of dishes and kitchen facilities. The kitchenette (with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine) communicates with the dining and living room overlooking the garden. There is an outdoor shower with hot water and a private parking space in the main square of the village. The house occupies a quiet and secluded location within a private village with facilities available to guests: reception, night security guard, bar. Also (in summer) is at guests' disposal swimming pool, which is located a short walk from the cottage. For those who wish, however, to the nearby beaches, a shuttle service is available. UPDATE: Due to Covid-19 situation both the communal swimming pool service and the beach shuttle are momentarily suspended. We kindly request to our guest to ask in April for more precise and up to dated information. The village, which is 40 Km from the International Airport and the railway station of Lamezia, is at the center of one of the most beautiful of the Ionian coast of Calabria, and allows quick access to several beaches (Copanello, Caminia, Pietragrande, Montauro Montepaone Soverato) and various tourist places of great interest such as the town of Squillace, with the Norman Castle and Cathedral Church, the Archaeological Park of Roccelletta.
