Brand New in 2021, Stag Lodge offers guests the opportunity to enjoy the many facilities available within the 5* holiday park based near York. This 3 bed/2 bath Lodge is comfortable and spacious, with the open plan kitchen / lounge / diner offering ample space for up to 6 people to mingle. The dual French doors open onto the spacious enclosed raised decking area which looks out over the pond and has views of the woods. There is also a private hot tub for 6 people and a BBQ area. Brand New in 2021, and specifically designed for the holiday let market, Stag Lodge offers discerning guests the opportunity to relax and enjoy the delightful views over the pond and woodland. To add that extra touch of luxury, guests are provided with a premium Welcome Pack which includes a bottle of Prosecco, a selection of Tassimo coffee pods, a ‘treat’ and for all adult guests, a towelling robe and slippers. To offer guests maximum comfort and flexibility, the 3 bedrooms comprise of 2 with king beds and 1 which can either be presented as a twin or a super king zip and link bed, dependent upon what configuration guests require (please advise when requesting to book). Bedding is of high quality with 5* hotel style Tencel duvets for a relaxing nights sleep, and the addition of both a soft/medium and medium / firm pillows for each guest. The en-suite and main shower room both have spacious walk in shower enclosures with top quality fixtures and fittings. The open plan kitchen / lounge / dining room is very spacious and the dual French doors allow light to flood the room. The modern fully equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob for extra safety, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/drier, kettle and toaster and to ensure guests have a truly first class stay, the Bosch Tassimo coffee maker allows guests to make themselves a fresh coffee, whilst in the dining area the table and 6 chairs are positioned to allow guests to enjoy their meals whilst also looking out at the stunning views. The comfy seating in the lounge area is arranged to make the most of the amazing views, the 55” smart TV and the modern styled electric fire, so whether it be day or night, everyone can come together and enjoy quality time. Outside on the spacious decking, the high quality Lazy Susan metal garden furniture offers an alternative place for guests to sit and enjoy the sun and views, and steps lead to the BBQ area which offers yet further seating and of course the all important private hot tub with Gazebo to enjoy a truly relaxing break. The free wi-fi allows guests to stay in touch with work, family and friends should they wish. Parking next to Stag Lodge is available for up to 2 cars, with additional parking available on-site. Guest are permitted to bring up to 2 well behaved dogs. If relevant, this should be advised when requesting to book. Please note that there are a few steps up to the decking which leads to the front door and down to access the hot tub. You will have full access to the whole of Stag Lodge and also all the grounds and facilities within the Park. Your booking and communication through AirBnB is direct with the owner of Stag Lodge. They will be happy to answer any of your questions prior to arrival. Whilst Stag Lodge is a new listing, the owners have been providing holidays to guests through AirBnb for another listing for over 3 years and with a current rating of 4.96 out of 5 (as of 25/02/2021) they are experienced in providing first class holiday accommodation. The park itself manage your holiday whilst you are there and also operate the check in and out process. Whilst your host will not be on site, please contact them should you have the need to do so. Set in the heart of Yorkshire, just 5 miles south of the historic city of York, and within touching distance of the Yorkshire Wolds, Yorkshire Dales and North Yorkshire Moors, this stunning 30 acre holiday park is located within a private and secure natural sanctuary, which has been sympathetically developed to offer a holiday park that is simply like no other! The careful development of the park was recognised when they were awarded the David Bellamy Gold Award for conservation and the Quality in Tourism 5 Star Certificate. With a lot of thought put into planning and landscaping all the Lodges are well spaced and carefully sited to take full advantage of the natural beauty and tranquility of this stunning park. As the guest of the lodge owner, you will have full use of the facilities at the park including tennis court, bowling green, fishing lake (fishing licence will be required but can be obtained from the Park), and access to miles and miles of woodland walks and cycle routes. In addition, the on-site Café and Bistro is just a short walk from the holiday lodge, and an ideal place to go for breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea on those days when you simply want to put your feet up. Your own transport is advised in order to make the most of you Yorkshire stay. There is a bus stop near the entrance to the Park with a route into York, and 2 villages nearby that offer convenience stores, pubs, a post office and a fuel station. Stag Lodge is strictly a no smoking property, including e-cigarettes. We cater for families, couples and friends get together's but strictly NO Hen or Stag parties. Guests are not to create any undue noise or disturbance, and keep noise to an absolute minimum between the hours of 11:00pm and 8:00am. Hot tub to be used by guests in accordance with the rules displayed on site and cannot be used after 9am on the day of check out. Any dog(s) guests's bring must be kept on a lead and supervised and kept under an adults control at all times. This means you may not leave any dog(s) unsupervised in the lodge or anywhere on the park at any time. If you do not supervise and control any dog(s), the Park are likely to ask guests to remove it from the park straight away. This is because they cannot allow the safety of others to be put at risk. Dog(s) are not allowed on the furnishings within the Accommodation. You must pick up your dog’s waste and dispose of the waste in the dog bins provided around the Park. Failure to do so will result in a charge of £50.
