Runner Duck Cottage

A bright and airy cottage, comprising of two open plan rooms, a separate shower/WC. The kitchen area is equipped with hob, oven, fridge & microwave. In the downstairs lounge area there is a double pull out sofa bed, TV /DVD. Upstairs there is a king size bed & adjoining shower room/WC. Gas central heating. All bed linen, towels, and a welcome pack are provided. A charming little cottage for up to 4 people. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Immediate access to miles of footpaths & stunning views. Surrounded by grassland Runner Duck Cottage is in the grounds of our smallholding. A relaxed environment where our horses, ponies, dogs, ducks and chickens all rub along together. A true family home we spend our lives enjoying and caring for our animals. The cottage is self contained, cosy and warm but equally hard wearing to cope with dogs, bikes, children, muddy boots and whatever else our guests wish to bring to it. The hot tub is tucked under a wall for shelter and always available for guests private use. Enjoy spectacular views of the valley whilst listening to your music from your phone which will play via wifi through the hot tubs speakers! We clean and manage the cottage ourselves so we know it is always in tip top condition. Plenty of easy parking for one or more vehicles and storage available for bikes etc There is generally someone around to help or answer a question or recommend a good place to eat or walk. Equally you have your own space and will hardly see us unless you choose to come and find us It is very quiet up here away from the road you are free to wander around and take in the magnificent views a toss the valley a fold up camp bed is also available which fits into the bedroom. This is sometimes a good solution for children rather than the sofa bed. Please let us know your preferences when you book.
