Practical cosy cottage close to M1

Beautiful olde worlde cottage with two good sized double bedrooms and practical living area. Perfect for business use the cottage is just next to the bus route and close to M1 for a journey stopover. Ideal to stay in for events at Aston Hall, just down the road, or in Rotherham or Sheffield, with bus stops to both 2 min away. Shop and pub just round the corner in very easy walking distance. Great for access to Crystal Peaks and Meadowhall too. It's a beautiful 250 year old cottage with all mod cons. There's a neat little front yard, lounge, kitchen diner, landing, two double bedrooms and a shower room. We're just next door so there's usually someone around if you need any help. Aston is a small historic village connected to Aughton and Swallownest on the outskirts of Sheffield. The cottage is on a bus route with a beautiful old church and access to countryside walks just down the road. We are 5 min from junction 31 of the M1. The mix of old and new means character and convenience for your stay. Two minutes from junction 31 M1/A57 by car. On bus route to Rotherham and Sheffield. Easy 20min bus ride to Sheffield train station. Shops and pubs in easy walking distance. Lovely 4km country circular walk from doorstep with pub enroute. There is plenty of storage for guests throughout the cottage, but please be aware that we store a few items in the spare drawers and wardrobe in the master bedroom. There are also spare bedding and towels in the chest of drawers on the landing should you need it.
