The Flat at 64

A beautiful, comfortable home-away-from-home. An excellent holiday get-away or overnight stop on a work trip. Situated within 2 km of the beach, this flat provides an opportunity to enjoy bright, sunny days. A cozy room with 1 queen sized bed, an open-plan kitchen and a bathroom. Complementary tea, filter/instant coffee and milk are provided. The flat has 2 rooms. The bedroom contains 1 queen sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. A built-in cupboard provide space to hang clothes and store suitcases. All linens and towels are provided. The bathroom has a toilet, basin and a shower. Soap and toilet paper are provided. The kitchen includes a fridge, kettle and stovetop with small oven. All basic necessities needed for cooking are provided. Across the room is one single and one double couch which guests can relax on after a busy day sight-seeing. A mattress for a third guest may be provided upon request. Guests are welcome to use the swimming pool. A parking space is reserved for guests only. There is a second Airbnb on the property with a shared courtyard area. Keys will be handed over upon arrival and exit. I may not always be available to welcome guests; however, there is always a friendly face who will be expecting you. Guests are welcome to ask questions if needed. The family's living areas are separate from the Airbnb. Guests are welcome to contact me on my cellphone if there are any issues. There will always be someone around who can handle any queries or concerns. Amanzimtoti is full of lovely places like "Baggies Beach", a coffee shop with stunning views of the ocean and a mile of second-hand stores with antiques and furniture. The 'Toti tuk-tuk will fetch you from your home and take you anywhere you want to go in 'Toti. A completely charming experience! There are railings in the shower and bathroom areas to assist with elderly or frail guests. A shower seat is available upon request. There are two dogs and a cat. The dogs need to be locked out of the Airbnb area (guests are responsible for opening and closing the gate as they go through). Please feel free to shoo the cat out if she tries to move in. Cleaning of the room will be done free should the guests request it during the week. No cleaning service is available on the weekend. Washing can be done during the week but is not available on the weekend.
