This tiny studio apartment has a full size bed, a full kitchen with microwave, toaster oven and two burners. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. The bathroom has a shower, sink and commode. We offer a TV with cable and WiFi. The 3 season unheated porch is reserved for Cottage Room guests only and has a table to eat at and comfy seating. The Cottage Room is with in walking distance of over 40 restaurants. There is a great coffee shop across the street where can get baked goodies. Our tastefully furnished first floor studio apartment offers a full size day bed, private bathroom, full kitchen, Mitsubishi mini-split with your own heat/cool thermostat, Cable TV and WiFi. The private entrance has a 3 season porch with comfy furniture that over looks Bright Street. With over 40 restaurants along Northampton's main streets and great galleries and shops you will really enjoy our location! Did I mention we are just 2 blocks from The Parlor Room, Academy of Music, The Calvin, The Iron Horse and Pearl Street! This studio apartment is small but quaint and has everything you'll need to have an enjoyable stay! You will have a completely private studio, including a small but full kitchen that is equipped with all cooking utensils, a coffee maker, microwave and two burners. The three season porch is comfortably furnished and overlooks the neighborhood and street. We are located across from Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters, a cafe/bakery that specializes in espresso drinks and opens early! [6am] This studio has a private entrance and is attached to, but completely separate from the rest of our home. The porch is reserved for exclusive use by Cottage Room guests. Guests staying in our other rental, Tibet House, will go through the porch to get to their room. We are here for you if you need anything but this is a very independent housing situation. This neighborhood is wonderful because of the walking location to Main St. and yet is on a beautiful tree lined street. It is within walking distance to The Parlor Room, The Iron Horse, Pearl Street, the Academy of Music, The International Language Institute, The Calvin Theater and Smith College. The Cottage Room apartment is quiet and easy to access. The Northampton bus system runs through downtown just a few blocks away. We have street parking and driveway parking during snow emergencies. If you are arriving from Bradley Airport you will need to find private airport transportation. This is an exceptional place to stay! It has beautiful decor and comfortable furniture. There is a three season porch complete with a couch, chair and reading light, that the room opens onto. This more than doubles the size of your usable private space to enjoy!!
