A suite in our home at La Ferté-sous-Jouarre

Our home is the heart of an estate surrounded by woods at 40 minutes from the Paris/Gare-de-l’Est train, 1 hour by car (A4 highway), and 30 minutes to Eurodisney (A4 highway). The suite, at the last floor of our home, has views on the park and the landscape’s skyline. There is no kitchen. Breakfast at an additional cost per person per night: 8€. This suite occupies the totality of the last floor at the top of our home. It’s includes 5 rooms: 1 bedrooms with a large double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 small bedroom with a single bed, 1 living room with a double convertible bed, 1 bathroom and toilets (toilets are independent from the bathroom). There is no kitchen in this suite. During your stay you can access, to our covered terrace and to the lower terrace. You can, as well, access the entire park and get to discover its various aspects. As the seasons go by, tables and benches will offer you nice relaxing spots. Parking space is also available. We speak French and English and have lived in the Paris and la Brie area for a long time. We would be happy to share our knowledge and fondness of this region and its past and contemporary culture with you. The property’s location, on the wooded heights of La Ferté-sous-Jouarre will ensure a quiet stay. We are at about 15 minutes walking distance from the train station and about 20 minutes from the town center. Train station: Gare de La Ferte-sous-Jouarre, line P, from Paris Gare de l’Est, direction Château-Thierry Highway A4, exit 18 In the suite you will find a TV, a mini-fridge and an electric kettle. There is no kitchen in this suite. You can also use the table tennis table and a pétanque set (French game of bowls) Ball’s games are authorized only in the devoted place of the park. No photos are allowed into the house. For your information, it is also possible to rent in our house, in the form of a bed and breakfast arrangement, one bedroom for 2 persons (double bed) with a private bathroom and toilet is available. Additionally, outside the house, an independent cottage can be rented for 4 to 6 persons, including 2 bedrooms, one bathroom with toilets.
