One Single Room with additional Pull out bed that can be set up as a twin or put together as a double. My house is non smoking and is close to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities (great for walking, cycling etc), and public transport (the number 3 bus goes to Wokingham in one direction and Reading in the other). Price is for single occupancy. Couples or Twin requirements are extra (please ask). My place is good for solo adventurers, business travellers, couples and families (with kids over 3 or 4) One double & one single/twin room is available and use of the shared kitchen with all facilities. Not en-suite but at most you will share the upstairs bathroom with one other because the other two rooms using it are the upstairs Chalet rooms with their own Bathroom. In general guests use the rooms to sleep and catch up with emails etc while on work contracts locally and usually eat at one of the great local facilities. However use of the kitchen is allowed and if your bathroom is busy you are welcome to use one of the others. I am usually available to assist with local or other issues Set back from the road the house is usually fairly quiet. At the rear of the property is a Bridleway and several Public Footpaths with pleasant walks. One such walk will take you to our lovely village church with the main service starting at 11:00 on Sunday as well as some weekly activities Other pleasant Walks/Runs/Cycle Rides may include the nearby California Country Park (which now has a good quality Restaurant for daytime or evening meals) Probably the best Indian and Chinese Restaurants in the County are just less than a mile away. There is also a Co-Op open until 11 pm every night, a Post Office and a good Fish n Chip shop! 'The Hideout' is a short drive away and people come from far and wide to Ramble, Cycle or enjoy the climbing and other activities. One of the UK's best water parks is also a short drive away and there are some great fishing places nearby. The house is better suited to people with some form of transport. Free Parking is available and a bus stops outside which goes to Wokingham in one direction and Reading in the other. I would advise you to do your own research on timings etc. The current timetable is available here: (URL HIDDEN) There is not really a train station within easy walking distance but previous tenants have cycled to Wokingham and Crowthorne daily in the past Obviously there are others living in the house so we ask the normal consideration be given As an aside and obviously not part of this agrrement, I do have a small 4 Seat Aeroplane locally so may be in a position to assist with travel if you need to get somewhere in a hurry - although i will point out this is reasonably priced but not generally inexpensive :-/ If your accommodation requirements do not quite fit the automated criterion here, it is worth giving me a call as i may be able to offer some flexibility or may have something else suitable. Please note that as these rooms are on the first floor they can get quite hot in summer during the day. So if you want to stay home all day in a heatwave you are welcome to use the living room which is relatively cool
