Newly renovated to a high spec modern apartment in a quiet village location in Boxted, a stones throw from Constable Country. Dedham Vale is an area of outstanding natural beauty. Hire out a rowing boat & row along the river Stour at Dedham or Flatford Mill, a lovely way to explore. Only 10 minutes drive from Colchester, which claims to be Britain’s oldest recorded town. The popular seaside towns & beaches of Clacton, Frinton & Walton are about half an hours drive away. My beautiful self contained apartment comes with private allocated off road parking & own entrance, finished to a very high spec. The beautiful kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge, electric oven & hob, microwave, toaster, kettle plus all cutlery & crockery. The bedroom contains a king size bed, wardrobes & bedside cabinets. In the lounge there is a large comfy sofa, alongside a dining table overlooking the garden & patio. The bathroom is fitted with a generous shower cubicle in addition to a large sink with shaver point & toilet. The apartment offers plenty of space for 2 adults to have a relaxing stay. The apartment adjoins our main house but has it’s own private entrance, ensuring guests have privacy at all times. Guests have the use of a lovely patio area surrounded by mature gardens. We live on site so are usually available if needed. The village is peaceful & friendly with many scenic walking & cycling routes on the doorstep, surround yourself in nature & beautiful countryside. Local buses can take you into Colchester or Ipswich, bus stops are just a short walk away from the apartment.
