You can enjoy your breakfast or drink at the balcony with view and smell of the pine trees. And in case you want to swim, you will have to walk only 2 min to get to the beach (30m). And last, for your lunch, dinner or coffee there is a cafe-restaurant in a 20m distance. You can walk to the nearest supermarket (400m), beach (30m), restaurants (20m), playground (20m). Moreover, there is a bus station 15m away from the apartment. Last, a taxi is one phone call away! The apartment is situated next to a pine forest, therefore it is cool and nice even during the summer months.
