Located right behind one of the oldest world famous monuments, Panathenaic Stadium, next to the Ardittos Hill in the residential neighborhood of Pagrati/Mets, one of the greenest areas in Athens. Very close to public transportation (buses, trolleys and tram), many famous restaurants, food shopping, bakeries, banks, and other amenities but far enough to be very peaceful. You can easily get to Athens' National Park and Zappeion Megaron, (15 min walk), Syntagma Square and Plaka (20-25 min walk). Piraeus and the seashore are easily accessible. On Ardittos Hill you can go jogging and hiking! One of the things I value is CLEANLINESS and I make sure my place is spotless.
