Character, single-story barn-conversion, just three miles from the historic town of Stratford-upon-Avon with good access into Warwick and Leamington Spa. With shared hot tub and indoor swimming pool. Award winning artisan Farm Shop with café, butchers and bakery all on site. Keys are collected using a code for a keybox so this gives you flexibility on arrival and departure times. All ground floor. One double bedroom with king size bed, TV & Freeview & en-suite bathroom (down two deep steps) with bath, shower over, basin, WC & small range of complimentary toiletries. Open plan living area with kitchen with Nespresso machine, dining area & sitting area; all with vaulted, beamed ceilings. The cottage and it's garden are is exclusively for your use. You will share access to the indoor heated pool and the outdoor hot tub with guests in our two other holiday cottages. This will be between 9:00 – 18:00 daily.  There is a diary planner in the pool house where you can reserve private hourly time slots simply write your name, or cottage name, next to the time you would like to use the facilities. We live on site in the farm house and are willing to help or give advice when requested. Close to Stratford upon Avon, Shakespeare's Birthplace and all the attractions. The cottage is ideal for theatre lovers but also to visit the Cotswolds with it's gorgeous little villages, pubs, National Trust gardens and properties within easy reach. This is a semi rural location so although there are two bus stops within walking distance - less than one mile - we suggest guest have their own transport. Not far from the train station in Stratford upon Avon, c. 4 miles. Birmingham International is the closet airport. We are really lucky as we have an award winning Farm shop next door. They also do takeaway pizzas and Sunday lunches, picnics etc. We have a great little village shop called Snitterfield Stores and they are open every day with a very good selection. The next closest places to eat are No.19 Restaurant which is 1 mile and The New Inn which is an award winning pub run/owed by the villagers in Norton Lindsey. Stratford, Warwick, Leamington Spa and Henley in Arden all have a fabulous range of restaurants, so something for everyone. If you dont want to eat out we can recommend other food deliveries, private chefs or takeaways. Snitterfield boasts two impressive USGA golf courses within 5 minutes of the village. The Ingon Manor golf club has a 18-hole par 72 championship course. The Stratford Oaks golf club is a welcoming and friendly club with our guests. With lots of other activities in the local area including horse riding, tennis, bowling, fishing, gliding and cycling. The Monarchs Way runs across the entrance drive giving walkers access to some stunning countryside.
