Located in the heart of rural Leicestershire, our luxury glamping pods are the perfect location for a country getaway. With a permenant double bed and the option of a second pull out double bed we cater for either a couple or group of four. Self catering facilities, a fully fitted shower room, a TV and WiFi combined with an extensive network of foot paths, bridle ways and national cycle routes makes our pods the perfect hub for your country escape. With underfloor heating and a fully fitted shower room, combined with all the cooking facilities required, our cosy pods are perfect for both families and couples. A welcome hamper will be waiting for you upon arrival, containing fresh milk, eggs, bread and home made cakes. We offer facilities for up to two dogs as well as grazing pasture for horses upon request. Our pods are situated a short walk from our family home where guests are always welcome to pop by for information on the local area and things to do. We will also always be available to call for help or queries! We are 6 miles from Melton Mowbray, famous for Stilton Cheese and Pork pies, and markets selling fresh produce on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Plenty of cozy pubs are within a 6 mile radius and boast exception atmosphere and food. Leicester and Nottingham city centres are only 15 miles away and local attractions are Belvior Castle, Nottingham Castle and Caves. Aylesford and Vale View equestrian cross country courses are both within 4 miles of our location and are accessible by bridleway. A short commute from both A1 and M1 as well as a short taxi ride from Loughborough, Leicester and Nottingham train stations we offer a great location no matter how you get to us! A number of enjoyable walking cycling and riding routes are on offer, don't hesitate to ask for recommendations!
