New house w patio, close to city & the sea!

Our house is meant to bring beauty and harmony to our visitors. It's close to the city center (only 15 mins by streetcar) but situated at one of the most peaceful suburban areas in the city. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with washer and drier- everything that we could think of to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We have made sure that you will be comfortable and safe by installing a brand new code locker and a state of the art alarm system. The house is heated by a modern underfloor heating system and all the comforts that we have enjoyed during our many Airbnb stays. Is something missing, let us know! We want you to be super comfy at our place! Travel with kids? Perfect! We have two daughters and all sorts of toys and equipment that we'd be happy to let you borrow. There's plenty of room for parking on our own, private driveway, and everything one usually needs is within walking distance (the grocery store, tram stop, busses, the ocean and ferries out to the archipelago). Our neighborhood is one of the most exclusive parts of suburban Gothenburg because of the proximity to the archipelago as well as the inner city. The area has a gym nearby and many gorgeous running and biking paths. We have a couple of lovely restaurant and still we're only minutes away from the eclectic and well renowned neighborhood called Majorna. And if you long for salty water, the beautiful picturesque islands of Brännö and Styrsö is only about 30 minutes with ferry. Would you like us to prep the kitchen with a typical Swedish breakfast?
