‘Unique camping experience’ Our ‘Tiny’ shepherds hut is situated on a very quiet, relaxing caravan site in the heart of rural Nth Lincs Perfect for one, sleeps 2 very snuggly. 8 ft x 4 ft & head height of 5’8 a perfect stopover for cyclists and walkers. Fold out mattress for sleeping area 4ft x 5’ 10’’ Adults only Bring your own bedding. Toaster, kettle, cool box, heater New cutlery (july 20) crockery & tea and coffee dogs welcome. Max of 2 small bread, must be on lead at all times A small, unique tiny hut. Perfect for one although can sleep two but very snug. A novelty camping experience. Without the hassles of erecting a tent. Perfect for cyclists and walkers, Anglers. Or anyone looking for a break with a bit of a difference. Well behaved dogs welcome. Max of 2, bear in mind the small size of the hut & space is very limited We have on site fishing for experienced anglers Pegs must be pre booked as is an extra cost payable on arrival. All our visitors will have the use of our communal log cabin overlooking our fishing lake. A social space to meet and chat with other guests. A decked area, indoor seating and tea, coffee making facilities. Book swap and magazines. Fridge with freezer for your ice packs. Showers, toilets & pot wash area are all close to hand. Due to Covid restrictions some facilities may have limited access and social Distancing will be required Heather & Martin are on hand when needed. We do like a chat and are very approachable Our site is Close to the village of Burton upon Stather, two pubs which serve food (check times & booking requirements) and small village store and a Chinese takeaway Normanby Hall & country Park is just one mile away. For the adventurous ones There is GoApe high rope experience within the grounds or Normanby Hall. Numerous walks and nature reserves are in the area and we are happy to help point you in the direction of these and other lovely places to visit locally. Most of our visitors arrive by car. Cycling and walking in the area is good and an adequate bus service is available Attractions such as nature reserves, markets and out of town shopping would require motor transport During colder weather we suggest you bring extra throws due to covid you may prefer to bring your own sleeping bags and pillows. Please specify if you require our bedding.. A small heater is provided but may not be adequate in very cold conditions. Due to the size of the hut we are limited what can be provided and stored in it. A toaster and kettle is provided. You are welcome to bring your own camping stoves but these must be used outside the hut. this is for health & safety reasons. Any bbqs used must be raised of the ground. Camp fires are not permitted. Overnight or day visits by extra guests other than those on the booking is not permitted Dogs welcome, max of 2, space is very limited inside the hut, dogs must be on lead at all times. We have free roaming birds on site.
