Located 52 km. from Gandia beach, 75 km from Valencia and for mountain lovers L'Olleria is located at the foot of the “Grossa” mountain range, crossed by the Clariano river and a multitude of vineyards, olive trees, carob trees, almond trees , fruit trees and aromatic plants. Its gastronomy stands out for the; arròs al forn and paella, cooked with soup, rice with broth, etc. Our penthouse is located on the fourth floor without an elevator, but once inside you will feel like in a country house, it is worth it for the views it has to the mountain. The attic has a full kitchen, oven, vitro, refrigerator, coffee maker and the most common utensils to cook. We also provide a cupboard with salt, oil, sugar ... necessary accessories in the kitchen. The American kitchen overlaps with the dining room and on different sides with the space that connects the living room with the terrace. In the dining room you will find the latest technology TV. with a sideboard that is over 100 years old. The furniture is all made by us, our passion is antiques. The rooms are equipped with sheets, towels, duvets ... so that you have everything you need for a stay as if you were at home. But undoubtedly what stands out the most about the attic is the terrace, due to its views and its spaciousness. Some views to enjoy all day while you relax in the hammocks that you will find in a small closet in the living room, or while you eat, have dinner, read ... The terrace is equipped with a blue wrought iron table and 4 French style wrought iron chairs, all painted in Chefchaouen blue. Another room that you can find on the terrace is a bench covered with hand-painted Valencian tiles and a small side table also made of wrought iron. L’Olleria is a town of 9000 inhabitants, located within the demarcation of Valencia, in the region of “Vall d’Albaida”. Located 75 km from the city of Valencia and 103 km from the city of Alicante, l’Olleria is located in the central axis between Alcoy, Ontinyent, Xàtiva and Gandia. The penthouse is located in the oldest area of L'Olleria, you can walk to all the shops you need, banks, schools, the health center is very close and at the same time if you want to enjoy its nature you will have it very close by going down the street and walking a few minutes. If you come by car, you can park in the street quietly, yes with patience! If you come by bus from Valencia, make sure of the schedule since there is only one daily service. You will have to stop where the bus leaves you, it has two stops throughout the town and walk to the attic. Finally, if you come by train, the train will leave you in Xativa, a neighboring town and you will have to get to Olleria by taxi or call someone you know who will do you the favor of picking you up.
