Sip a cup of morning coffee on the deck while enjoying the golden morning sunshine on Albert Mountain. Share your favorite beverage in the evening on the swing or observation deck (Boardroom) in the wooded area at the side of the house. Be in awe of the vibrant sunsets. Watch the plethora of song birds and deer roam through the property. Build a fire in the winter. Enjoy satellite TV with two 32' LCD HDTV's with stereo system and DVD player. Prepare your favorite meal in a fully equipped kitchen or on the gas grill. Relax in the jetted tub in the master bedroom. All of this conveniently located near everything offered by the Great Smoky Mountains. Although Serendipity is a pet free home, exceptions will be considered on an individual basis. Note to winter guests. The roads in the Deer Ridge community are paved, but steep in some locations including the last +/-200' up to the Serendipity driveway. In the event of snow/ice, Deer Ridge Road may be difficult to negotiate. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended, but even that is not a guarantee. In such of an event, Serendipity may not be accessible by vehicle and if guests are in the house, they may not be able to leave until road conditions improve. Please plan accordingly. "Serendipity" is a custom home built in 2006 and is still owned by the family of the original owners who have used it as a second home. The pride of ownership will be apparent.
