A touch of luxury near to the beach

Stunning newly remodelled, spacious 4 bedroom bungalow, a 250m stroll away from the beach in a quiet residential cul-de-sac. With one en-suite shower room and 2 further bath/shower rooms – each with their own WC – this is an ideal destination for a family break. We have a spacious L shaped living area - 33ft (10m) x 19ft (6m) - with wood burner and enclosed garden. We're confident you will have a stay to remember. Includes good, fast WiFi. No smoking in the house is allowed - thank you. The bungalow – OVR to us! – was purchased as a holiday retreat for us and our grown up family. Andy grew up in the neighbouring village of Stubbington and I was from Southampton, so we have always missed the sea air. As we cannot yet fill all the time ourselves we want to share it with you. You will see that we have equipped and furnished it to a high standard and we trust you will enjoy that as much as we do. Let us know if you need to 'work from home' as we can offer separate desk space with basic office equipment. The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery, pans, cooking utensils etc. We have an American F/F with water and ice dispenser, microwave, range duel fuel cooker and dishwasher. On sunny days, when you're not at the beach, there is a large patio area with table and chairs. Also charcoal fired BBQ (Guests need to provide own charcoal). With flexibility in mind, two of the bedrooms have single divan beds that can be either clipped together to make a super king-sized bed, or separated. The default for bedroom 1 (with ensuite) is super king, and bedroom 2 is two singles. Please let us know when you book if you would like to change this arrangement. There is a large driveway to the front of the property with room to park up to 5 cars. We live in Berkshire, but can be contacted at any time during your stay if needed. The bungalow is a short walk to the sea and also only 350m to the nearest pub – with great food and fantastic Solent views – and a café which is our favourite place for breakfast/brunch. Approx. 1km away is Titchfield Haven, a nationally renowned nature reserve. Then for those looking for a retail experience as well as the outdoors, a short car ride to Gosport and a hop across Portsmouth harbour on the passenger ferry takes you to Gunwarf Keys outlet mall. Please note we do not accept bookings for parties, or for hen/stag party stays. This is an established residential area.
