Private Villa of 88 sq. with Stupendous Sea and Valley view, Spacious interior- open plan living room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and 3 balconies, soft and confortable furniture in contemporary style- sophisticated and clean that guarantee relaxing holidays. The Villa is located in an olive- tree grove, 15-20 minutes walk to the sea and 30 minutes walk to restaurants and supermarkets in the village. 30 min drive to one of the most famous and amazing beaches of Crete, Listis. The property is about 4000 sq. m with 2 houses, olive trees , carob trees, flowers and herbs. (both houses belong to me and are rented for holidays). There are 2 bedrooms in the house with direct exit to their own private balcony. In the master bedroom there is a double bed (of width 1.80m), with memory foam, something that helps not to disturb the other person if you have troubling sleep. In the 2nd bedroom there are 2 single beds (width 1m). The couch in the living room, is big and can accommodate a 5th person. The living room, with direct exit to a 20 sq. roofed terrace with sea view comes also with a fire place in case you choose winter holidays and a big TV that you can enjoy foreign Satellite channels or Greek channels. The kitchen is fully equipped and open style, with electric hob, oven, fridge with freezer, filtered coffee machine, kettle, toaster, Kitchen utensils and dinnerware for 6 people. The comfortable Bathroom has a washing machine and a bath with shower. Water is heated with solar water heater. The house is fully air-conditioned (1 air-condition in the living room, 1 in master bedroom and 1 in the second bedroom) and central heating for winter, heating oil (petrol) not included in price. Sunbeds are waiting for you, for a nice nap and for some sun tan. Usually I live during summer in the village near by (Kastri/ Keratokampos), so most of the time I am available. In case I am not available to welcome you, the key will be waiting on the door and I will meet with you during your stay. I am also always available on the phone or by e-mail. There are a few houses near the property, belonging to German, Austrian, French and a few Greeks. It is very quiet and guests of Portela Villas can enjoy a quiet walk towards the sea or the mountain at the back, which is called Kerato and has some ancient ruins on the top. It is best to go around South Crete with a car, because there is no public transport. The villages Kastri and Keratokampos are very near, about 7 minutes drive. Heraklion is 1.15minutes and Viannos about 25 minutes. The property is approximately 1.13minutes from Irakleio and Viannos 25minutes.
