The first floor where there are two rooms and private bathroom is isolated from downstairs and is dedicated exclusively to guests' use. There are refrigerator/freezer and microwave oven. The location is 5 min walk to main bus route and half way between Winchester and Southampton. Eastleigh town, Southampton airport, and two train stations are wiithin 3 mile radius. You will reside in spacious and well furnished room with pleasant views and king size bed. You will appreciate quietness of the location together with 5 minutes access to all necessary amenities in the town. Bathroom and a separate room with a television are for your personal use. Our 10 years old dog Springer spaniel is the most friendly in the world and not allowed in guest accommodation. Historic Winchester and Southampton international cruise port are half an hour away by the regular bus service. There are two supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes and bars withing walking distance. There are recreation grounds and the lakes for peaceful walk nearby. There is an isolated access to guest's quarters upstairs. The property has immediately adjacent private parking with the gates leading to the private entrance. We are happy to answer all guests questions and enquiries. Usually we respond in a short period of time. The area is very quiet despite having major motorway links to London and coastal England both East. Hampshire's beautiful countryside is on our doorstep together with the easy reach to historic Winchester and international cruise port of Southampton. The town of Chandlers Ford has all necessary amenities and reasonable public transport routes. There are parks, sporting fields and public library withing walking distance. There are sufficient road and private parking adjacent to the property. The closest bus stop is 5 min walk. We would like our guests to respect the surroundings and to follow our house rules.
