Coombe Cottage was built in the 1920s of brick and half render construction with a tiled roof. It is a comfortable family home which was extended 10 years ago to add on the self-contained annex which is offered with its own entrance at the rear of the property. The annex accommodation is on the first and second floor with stairs leading up to both floors, therefore making it difficult for wheelchair or disabled access. We are situated in a quiet road a few minutes’ walk away from the train station and five minutes’ walk to the main shopping area. We are roughly 8 minutes’ walk to the sea front down Victoria Drive or through the town centre. Local buses go frequently to Chichester and along the coast each way to Littlehampton, Brighton or Portsmouth. You will have private access through a gate on the right-hand side with a security box and code which will emailed prior to arrival. We live in the main house and are likely to be there during your stay. You will have private access to the annex and the key will be in a secure key box outside on your arrival. Welcome to sunny Bognor Regis. There is a lot to do locally as well the sea front walks and cafes. You will have easy access to many places in West Sussex and surrounding areas. The train station is five minutes walk away and there are direct trains to Gatwick and London Victoria as well as one change at Barnham to Brighton or Portsmouth. Local buses and Coastliners also run frequently. Check In after 3pm. Check out 10am.
