Traditional rondavel with amazing view

Beautiful round house with thatched roof, sleeps 7 people, plenty of space and a real feel of how the locals live! The rondavel has two bunk beds, a double and a single bed. There is a communal fully equiped kitchen, a basic shower which runs on rain water, a flush toilet, a fireplace and braai area and did I mention the view? Local guide Silas owns the place and can take you out on hikes, tours, watch traditional dancing or ceremonies or get drumming lessons! Coffeebay is known for its rustique atmosphere, beaches with great surf, amazing hikes along the wild coast and experiencing traditional Xhosa culture by visiting one of the many local families up on the hill. If you are lucky you might be able to join one of the many traditional ceremonies! Other activities include horseriding and fishing. Parking is available on site. We are located on top of a hill and parking is possible on site. Even the smallest cars are able to make it up there, however when the rain hits hard it might be impossible to drive up. In that case you will be able to park down close to the nearby backpackers. Parking in Coffeebay is safe, however make sure you remove your valuables from your car.
