In the immediate vicinity is a well-known resort, a pedestrian route to the famous points of the pedestrian and bicycle transfers to the Orlovo battlefield and the Popovica lake below it. To the west the road is quickly reached to the final western slopes of Fruška Gora and the famous landscape of the Banoštar wine route. A bus stop is only 50 metres away from the property, with a regular service to Novi Sad, 15 minute ride to the city centre and 10 min to the beach Štrand. It's a 10 min car ride to the Petrovaradin fortress, and 20 to Sremski Karlovci. The distance to the Belgrade's Nikola Tesla airport is 67 km (1h). It takes 10 min to the top of Fruška Gora and marked walking trails, and 20 min to the Vrdnik spa with thermal water. Apartment is 150m2. It comprises of ground floor and 1st floor, each 75m2. A big fenced lawn garden makes for a very pleasant stay, with plenty of possibilities for children entertainment and outdoor activities. The ground floor comprises of a big lounge, dining room, fully fitted kitchen, toilet with a basin and a washing machine. On the first floor there are three good sized rooms 12-15m2, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. One of the rooms with a double bed has a balcony. Bathroom with a bath, basin, wc and bidet. Apartment is equipped with air-conditioning, TV, and wifi throughout. The ground floor opens onto a large terrace. There is a table with six chairs, suitable for dining and relaxing. There is a brick barbecue that can be used. Towels, hair-drier, slippers, soap and shampoo are provided.
