Grandma Matina's Cottage #1

Situated inside the village and 3 km from the beach, this old traditional grandma's cottage is ideal for relaxing holidays in Leonidio for four people. We look forward to welcoming you here! The house is 5 min walking distance from restaurants/coffee shops, the central market of the village and climbing spots. Grandma Matina's Cottage #1 is in the ground floor and shares only a common entrance through the yard with guests from the first floor, Grandma Matina's Cottage #2. -The house is ideal for up to five people! -There is an open space fully equipped kitchen and a sitting room. -One double and one single bed are in the bedroom -Two single beds are placed in the sitting room. -You can enjoy your coffee at the big yard of the house with a view of the Red Cliff. -We provide for our guests bed sheets and towels, hairdryer and iron. There is a washing machine, fridge, coffee machine, a toaster, and a stove for cooking. -Take notice that like all the old traditional houses of the area, the bathroom is directly outside in the yard. -We welcome our guests with some basic stuff for breakfast like eggs, butter and marmalade. -For Grandma Matina's Cottage #1, you have access to the ground floor independent house and you share a common entrance in the yard with visitors from the first floor. During your visit, we will be happy to help you regarding the activities available in Leonidio like hiking and climbing and provide information and tips about short excursions in the area. For any info we are always available via telephone and you can always find us at the central shop “Sentouki”. -The house is ideally situated in the heart of the village under the Red Rock. This picturesque neighborhood is surrounded by old traditional houses with families living around. -Please respect the resting hours, no noises between 22:00 p.m and 08:00 a.m The house is 5 min walking from the central street, restaurants and supermarkets. For guest with a car, there is a private parking in front of the house. For guests without a car we can arrange to peak you up from the bus station and drive you to the house. Guests should provide upon arrival their passport as it is required from the Greek taxis system for short-term stays. All info will remain private and will not be used for any other purpose.
