The Upper Rooms Apartment is a Maisonette located in a Victorian building in the centre of Seaford. Accommodation is newly renovated and sleeps 2 with one double bed or 2 singles (you must let us know if you wish the latter). The apartment is bright, clean, very spacious, stylish and modern whilst still retaining stunning original Victorian features with many modern fixtures. 4 min walk to the beach 10 min walk to the South Downs National Park 3 min to the train station and bus stop The property is a Maisonette located in a stylish Victorian Town House located in the Centre of Seaford. Guests have their own kitchen, sitting room, bathroom, roof terrace and own entrance. Guests will have access to all the amenities. The entire property is thoroughly deep cleaned after every guest and we also have a set number of hrs between guests reservations for your peace of mind. We strictly adhere to all current cleanliness guidelines The property does not come with designated parking. There is FREE parking on the street outside the property (time restrictions of 2 hours apply between 10am-4pm and none on a Sunday) alternatively there is a paid car park within 1 min walk from the front door. The car park is called "Saxon Lane Car park," it costs around £2.50 for 24 hrs. Available via (Hidden by Airbnb) between 8am and 8pm Only a 4 min walk from the train station with direct trains to Brighton and early morning direct trains to London Victoria. Direct busses to Beachy Head, the stop is only a 4 min walk from the property. Small dogs are welcome but you must inform the host that you intend to bring a dog. Dogs are strictly NOT to be left alone in the property. No dog bowls or bedding are provided. Dogs must be free of fleas. Dogs must be clean and dry before being allowed in the property. Dogs must be taken out of the property to wee or poo, dogs must not wee or poo on the balcony. Dog poo must not be placed in the property bins. Dogs must not be allowed on the beds or sofa. Any mess or damage caused by a dog you may incur further cleaning fees.
