Cozy apartment with a large garden, near Linz

The flat is very cosy and spacious. It is located about 15 km east of Linz (reachable by train or car in about 15 minutes). The accommodation is ideally suited for home office, for a professional assignment in Linz and the surrounding area, for a quarantine stay but also for holidays, culture and recreation, such as hiking and cycling tours along the Danube cycle path. The flat is also recommended as longer-term (discounted) accommodation, especially for home office or professional purposes. The flat has one bedroom with two separate single beds and one bedroom with a double bed (solid wood furniture). If desired, another room with a spacious desk for home office is available for longer staysz. The bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower. The well-equipped kitchen is connected to a spacious dining and living area. There is also an extensive library in the spacious anteroom. From the living area a door leads to the covered terrace with a cosy seating area with a beautiful view. From the terrace you have direct access to the garden, which can also be used by our guests. There are enough free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of our house. Near our accommodation, directly on the Danube cycle path, you will find the railway station St. Georgen an der Gusen, several restaurants and grocery shops. In addition to the professional use of the flat or a quarantine stay, our accommodation is also ideally suited for a holiday, for cultural events in the immediate vicinity and for a variety of leisure activities: Bicycles can be parked in the garage, e-bikes can also be charged there. Besides hiking possibilities in the the Danube meadows, the flat is also a starting point for exploring the beauties of the Mühlviertel and nearby cities and cultural sites (Linz, Steyr, Freistadt, St. Florian Abbey, Wilhering Abbey...). The accommodation can be used in accordance with the applicable Covid regulations. The entire part of the flat (large living-dining room with kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed (all-wood furniture), 1 bedroom with two single beds, single room with desk (for longer stays), bathroom, WC is at the guests' sole disposal. There are several restaurants and supermarkets near the accommodation. Nearby Linz (provincial capital) offers cultural diversity (e.g. Ars Elektronica, music theatre, Brucknerhaus), culinary delights and beautiful old town architecture. The accommodation is located near the railway station, from where you can travel in the direction of Freistadt, Prague or in the direction of Linz, Salzburg or Vienna. Due to the coronavirus, we are particularly careful to disinfect surfaces that are frequently used between individual bookings.
