Beautiful holiday home right on the beautiful Baltic Sea beach

Whether on long walks on the beach or cycling through fishing - here you will find the best conditions for wonderfully relaxing days. Our beach house has been family-owned for 50 years, so Kronsgaard has been with us for many years. In 2016, local craftsmen completely renovated the mahogany wooden house with building biological materials and turned it into a high-quality holiday home. The bright, warm rooms with solid wood furniture and plank floors based on the Scandinavian model are barrier-free and open to a surrounding 45 m2 sheltered sun terrace. The 800 m2 natural garden is largely invisible and an oasis of calm with direct access to one of the most beautiful beaches between Geltinger Birk and Schleimünde. In the season from mid-June to mid-September, children stay in the 10 m2 block of flats next to the main house, here too the furniture is made of solid wood and of high quality. In the main house there is a 50 m2 children's room, a master bedroom, kitchen, shower room and a spacious living and dining room. The bedroom and living room have a view of the Baltic Sea.
