House, 120m2 with wifi: 2 bedrooms, one very spacious with office area, living room with possibility additional beds, library and television, dining room with fireplace, kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, stove with oven. ..) This private house opens on large spaces and games for children reserved for holidaymakers (meadows, orchard and wood ... + one hectare). Garage, bicycles, barbecue, garden furniture are available. The entry of the lodging is done on a raised court, common with the owners. Special conditions: - 40 € / night from 6 April to 31 May and from 28 September to 3 November 2019, + 10 € / night if electric heating. - 45 € / night from 1st to 28th June and from 31st August to 28th September with a minimum of 4 nights. - € 53 / night from June 29 to August 30 with a minimum of 7 nights. Prices are for 2 adults and 1 to 3 children under 12 years old. If additional adult or 12 year old child among 3 = + 10 € / night per person. Less 25% for one month and less 10% for 15 days. Tourist tax: 0,88 per adult. Deposit 300 €. Free wood for insert and fireplace. Initially, the beds must be undone and the household is "thoroughly", otherwise a sum of 50 € is requested.
