We believe were offering a real home from home but if there’s anything we’ve missed out that’s necessary for the comfort of your stay then please let us know! Our cottage has gas central heating, full kitchen, Smart TV, complimentary toiletries and free WiFi. With access to our outdoor courtyard. For our longer staying guests we provide regular towel changes and clean linen on a weekly basis. Although safe for younger visitors, this is a one double bedroom property so either a travel cot can be used in the bedroom for a baby or for older children the sofa bed can be used. We look forward to welcoming you! Private entrance with keys to full cottage, car parking on site, shared courtyard to the rear. We offer pick-up/drop off services from local train stations if required. A pretty village with a lovely church, a small shop and post office nearby, lots of nice walks. Very close to A1, M1 & M62 so good access to the surrounding areas for both business and leisure visitors alike. There are three golf courses in very close proximity which welcome none members. With an RSPB nature reserve within easy walking distance from our property. A car is very useful to your stay with us but taxis, a local (limited) bus service is available and the nearest train stations are Knottingley and Pontefract. The nightly price is for 2 guests sharing the bedroom, if the sofa bed is required on a 2 guest only booking, there will be an additional linen charge of £10 per stay payable on arrival. This will not apply to 3rd and 4th paying guests using the sofa bed (if applicable.) If you are looking for a long stay and future dates appear unavailable we may still be able to accommodate your request. Please send us a message with your requirements and we will try to help. We also have two other 2 bed guest apartments on the premises, the area itself is residential and quiet so we ask guests to respect this. Unreasonable noise will not be tolerated. As a key is provided for your use during your stay we reserve the right to ask for a £10 key deposit which will be returned on checking out.
