Our cool studio, urban style, has got everything you need for a short or a long stay in a safe, protected, nice area. The place is comfortable, clean and cosy. The kitchen has all the basics needed to prepare a wonderful tasty meal. This is a private studio with a bedroom, living space, kitchen and a bathroom. It opens to a small courtyard with a small table and a chair, where guests can relax. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood. Early mornings and at the sunset time, we can listen to the birds and forget that we are located in a very busy city. This space is part of a property but it is completely independent. The entrance to the studio is private. There is a parking spot, automatic gate for vehicles, security, cleaning and laundry. We are across the street of a Clinic, 15 minutes driving from the airport and not even 5 minutes driving from the beach. Supermarkets and restaurants are at a very close walking distance. Chapas (our buses) are 3 minutes away from our place. A taxi stand is 3 minutes away from our gate. A cat and a parrot live in the property. Guests have access to the entire studio, a small courtyard and the parking spot. I am always available for my guests if they need any information or anything. It is always a pleaure for me to interact with people but I like to give guests the privacy they deserve. If my guests need to talk to me, they just need to send me a text message or use the social network to contact me. As we are going through a pandemic moment, I avoid physical proximity with my guests and I privilege virtual contact. This studio is located in a very quiet and considered safe neighborhood. This is very close to the public university (UEM), United Nations (PNUD) office, USA Embassy, World Bank office, several other embassies and international offices. Guests can walk easily to the most attractive places in town. We recommend that guests do not go around with valuables and call a taxi after the sunset. There are many chapas (our local buses) and a taxi stand at 3 minutes walking from our gate. Guests can walk easily to the most attractive places in town. We recommend that guests do not go around with valuables and call a taxi after the sunset. It is important that guests do not bring their own guests to the property without previous permission from the host. Please never smoke inside this space. Due to Covid19 pandemic situation, we have established strict hygienic and sanitary rules: - Guests have to clean their shoes and disinfect their hands with the detergent available at the entrance, every time they enter the property - Guests must take their shoes off outside their space - Guests have to wear a mask while walking inside the property, from the gate to their space - Guests can have their masks off in their court yard - Guests have to empty their rubbish bin and deposit it in the big rubbish bin located in the garage (the red lid one) - Our staff cleans the space once a week and changes the bed, wearing masks, face shield and glove. This procedure happens when the guest is not inside the room and after the room being ventilated for a period of three hours. - Room cleaning applies when guests stay for a minimum period of a week - After each check out, the room is blocked for 3 days to allow proper ventilation, disinfection and cleaning. Everything is washed in the room, including curtains and rugs. Mattresses are placed directly under the sun for better ventilation and disinfection.
