Little Lulworth offers a private, secluded space for you & your family & friends right at the edge of the beautiful South Downs National Park. Comprising a large en-suite bedroom, & living room leading to a full-equipped open-plan kitchen & a full bathroom with shower. Guests have use of a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Basic cupboard essentials available. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Direct access to London (within 75 mins), Portsmouth & the South coast beaches (within 30 mins). Entire cottage set back in the garden of the main house with 1 off-street parking space, private entrance and fenced off garden space, separate from the main garden. South Downs National Park just a 5-minute walk from the house - perfect for those 4 paws! Close to a variety of pubs, takeaways and 2 large grocery stores for essentials. Within 15 minute drive of Birdworld and Alice Holt Go Ape. Within 20 minutes of the beautiful market towns of Farnham, Petersfield and Alton and surrounding typically English country villages. Direct train access to London within 90 minutes. The entire cottage is yours for your stay - whilst we live on the property and can be on hand to answer any questions, the cottage is a completely separate building to ensure your complete privacy and peace and quiet for your stay. We live on the property in the separate main house and can be on hand by email, phone or in-person if needed. We will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay, but are very friendly, so please feel free to have a chat if you'd like! Whitehill is a small town which is booming with activity at the moment as it converts to being a 'green' town. Accessible amenities include various takeaways, pubs, petrol stations and grocery stores, as well as the beautiful South Downs National Park and a variety of other green spaces and forests. Direct access to the A3 within minutes. Alice Holt Go Ape and Birdworld are within a 15 minute drive away and we have 2 local Parkruns for those of you who are active! Local buses to Alton and Farnham with connections to Basingstoke, Portsmouth and further afield. Local taxi company available. 3 different train stations (2 different lines) are all within a 10 or 20 minute drive with services to London. Gatwick, Heathrow and Southampton airports are all within 60-90 minutes' away by car. Please take care to note the layout of the available bed spaces. There are 2 doubles and 2 singles, so please do think carefully if booking for up to 6 individuals if they each need a separate bed, as this will not be able to be accommodated.
