A centrally situated B & B Victorian house, within 500 metres of the centre of Beverley. Two double bedrooms upstairs (a single bed can be added to the larger bedroom), breakfast in the dining/living room. Shared modern downstairs bathroom. House with character, clean and cosy, convenient for Beverley's many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Close to the picturesque Westwood, an expanse of common land for exercising dogs. Pets considered. Please contact for whole house lets. Non smoking. This is a pretty, late 19th century, property and does have a typical fairly steep Victorian staircase, which has a handrail. However, this may make it unsuitable for those with a movement disability, especially since the bathroom is downstairs. For guests wanting breakfast, a continental breakfast is provided. Typically - tea/coffee, porridge/cereal/muesli, toast and preserves. If you let me know in advance what else you would like, then I am sure I can provide it. As this is the Victorian area of Beverley it has only on street parking which is free after 6pm. In an evening spaces can be at a premium, so guests may have to park in neighbouring streets. Daytime parking is easier, however it is time controlled for non-residents. I can provide a temporary resident permit for unlimited daytime parking for £1 per car per day. I am quite flexible. Myself and my partner are happy to interact with guests, and provide information about the area.
