Luxury, cosy 2 Double Bedroom apartment located on a very quiet purpose built develoment with communal gardens. Wifi, allocated parking, TV, great local restaurants & pubs. 2 minutes from the A3, 15 minutes to the centre of Portsmouth & 20 minutes to Hayling Island. Suits families, couples, businesses men/women. Not suitable for late night parties! "Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations" Large spacious living room with open plan kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, one with a TV. Will easily sleep 6 if you include the sofas, good quality shower, own parking space. Whether passing through for the night or staying for a couple of weeks, I have everything you need to make your stay a pleasurable one. Parking space as well as additional visitor parking, quality shower, clean towels, central heating, Internet, 2 colour TVs, pots/pans/cooking utensils, olive oil/spices etc. Guests have the place completely to themselves but I am always available on the phone if needed. It's a quiet friendly neighbourhood. Nearest train stations are Havant & Cosham which are both short cab rides away. There are also buses into Portsmouth, Southsea, Havant, Cosham & Chichester. Portsmouth city centre - 15mins drive Gun Wharf shopping centre - 20mins drive Southsea - 20mins drive Hayling Island - 20mins drive Chichester - 20mins drive West Wittering beach - 30mins drive South Downs National Park (100miles of country side) - 15mins drive Good restaurants near by - several Indians, Lobster & Steak House, cocktail & Indian Tapas bar - Kassia, open late - All a 5 minute drive. Good Pubs. Due to the current climate, I have had a few guests of late booking the appartment in 1 or 2 names and then throwing a party. I sympathise that youngsters have limited options at the moment however my appartment is not suitable for parties due to it being such a quiet neighbourhood and I have therefore had no choice but to ask additional guests to leave. The majority of my guests are families, couples, small groups and business professionals, however if it is your intention to have a party, to avoid disappointment, please look for alternative accommodation as I cannot allow them.
