My place is close to Public transport, 3 miles to the city centre, parks, and art and culture, close links to m1 motorway, east midlands airport 20 mins drive from property, Birmingham International airport 45 mins . This is a two bed bungalow with one double and one twin room. There is plenty of outdoor space. My place is good for couples, business travellers/commuters and families (with kids). a fully equipped travel cot is available if needed, complete with bed linen. This property is on the periphery of the Charnwood forest countryside ,with the bradgate country park being just down the road. It is also set back from the main A50 which is a main bus route and also the main route to the city which is approximately 3 miles. The Richard the third centre can be found here, also museums and our space centre and cultural quarter. One can also find our shires shopping centre with pleasant eateries. We also have an abundance of cultural eateries in the area. The whole bungalow is accessible and for the exclusive use of our guests.There is a lounge, dining kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and over bath shower. There are also pleasant gardens. I will avail myself to help or answer queries should guests need any information. We feel the position of this let offers the best of both worlds. Great motorway and transport access. Not too far from the city and local amenities , but also on the periphery of the beautiful Charnwood forest We are on a main bus route with regular public transport available. There are small villages around about us, plus local shops and a local shopping centre. There is plenty of off road parking in the private driveway
