Traditional West coast farm house, Tjörn

The house interior is a real Swedish tradition with the old irnon stove and fire places still workable. The souroundings are quiet and you are close to clifs and salty water. Located just 600 meters from the shores of Stigfjorden (between Tjörn and Orust) lays this newly renovated wanderful farm house. The two story main building of 134 sqm is well equiped 25 sqm large kitchen. Leading into a small and cozy portch with a dining table for 4-6 p, overlooking the garden. The kitchen also leasds into the larger living room 25 sqm with a open fire place and sofas. On the other side of the kitchen is a small hall. From the hall you have the WC, shower and washing room. And on the other side is the master bodroom, 16sqm with a 140cm bed. At the end of the hall way a stareway leads you up to the second floors larger, 40sqm living room. At the end of this cozy livingroom are two large bedrooms (180 cm) overlooking the garden and the nearby feilds. The house is surounding of 2500 sqm yard with apple and plumtrees. You can choos of taking a rest in the twin Hammock between two apple trees or in the sunchair on the lawn. There is also an outdoor dining area and you have a large Weber grill close at hand. In the dirrect suroundings you have wanderfull woods for picking barries and mushrooms. And only 800 meters on the country roa, there are two bathing places where you also can do some crabb fishing. Just along the house is the larger barn. In this barn you have a pingpong table for rainy days. The local buss station is located about 400 meters down the road. It will take you to the local grosery store, gas station and farmacy at Kålleskärr 10 min, or the beautiful west coast village Skärhamn with the larger grosery store and liqure store, the nordic Aqvarell museum, lots of shopping and many restaurands, bars and cafés.
