Stylishly renovated 18th century Perche home

Welcome to our quiet, peaceful, cozy and spacious stone house in the middle of Parc naturel regional du Perche. Enjoy the warmth of an old home with the comfort of modern amenities. You will be surrounded by nature - fields of cows, horses and birds, rabbits and deer - and overlook the valley and the village of St-Cyr-la-Rosière, with a view to Manoir de Langenardière in the distance. It’s also a short drive to the local Golf Club, beautiful churches, an ancient dolmen, museums and a châteaux. There are three floors in the house. The ground floor consists of a living area with an open fireplace, kitchen with a large, unique stone sink and the dining area as well as laundry/storage room and a toilet with sink. There is one entrance to the front garden and another to the back garden. The first floor has 3 rooms with two bathrooms and the top floor is a large attic room (without a door, but still private). The main living area has ceilings all the way to the roof, and the house is filled with light. It’s ideal for couples or families with children. We have a coal BBQ and a picnic table available, plus a paddling pool for the kids, a sandbox and swings, and access to both the front and back gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped, but we can recommend good restaurants within a 10-15 min drive. You will have full access to the main house (170 m2) and the garden (4000 m2), fenced on all sides. There will be nobody else staying at the house during your stay - it’s all yours! There is parking available for multiple cars, both in the front of the house and in the back garden. Guests will have complete privacy - check in when you’re ready, and just lock up the keys when you leave.
