Welcome! You will find our characteristic farmhouse between Amsterdam and Utrecht. Here you will find peace and space. Beautiful open landscape. Polder house Polderhuisje means cottage in the polder (Polder is reclaimed land enclosed by dikes). We renovated the house with a cozy interior; - own entrance and parking space - swing, trampoline etc. - In 15 minutes by car in Amsterdam and Utrecht We focus on families with children, seniors and groups of adults who want to explore the area. You are surrounded by nature with a beautiful view of the polder. Our guests have privacy in the house & garden. With a simple garden with lots of sun and in the middle of the polder. You can light a fire and we rent out a barbecue. Acces to the Polderhouse (see the drawing / photos) The entire house is at your disposal. We offer complete privacy in the Polderhuisje. Enjoy the peace and quiet in the polders! We will be accessible for questions and help. In the middle of the Groene Hart. Free parking next to the Polderhuisje. Distances Amsterdam 15 minutes by car Utrecht 12 minutes by car Public transport (website; (Website hidden by Airbnb) I wrote dot otherwise it will be hidden bij Airbnb) Bus and train •You can walk to the bus at the end of the road (less then 1 km). •Take the bus to Breukelen station (5 minutes) •Direct train to Amsterdam central (from Breukelen 30 minutes, 5,60 euro pp) •Direct train to Utrecht (from Breukelen, 13 minutes, 3,20 euro pp) We can help you with travel planning and buying tickets. It is a bit complicated and it cost time. The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed, in this bedroom you come with a staircase in the loft bed (see the photos). In addition, you can enter in the hall with a staircase to a very low attic; here is also a double bed.
