Cozy appartment in Prague, close to airport and Prague castle, with a garden and a parking space. The house has electric storage heating. Placed in the most green part of Prague, you can feel like in an old village while in the city. Bus station is in 3 minutes walking distance, From us to down town it takes 20 minutes . Two largest Prague's parks are in walking distance. Also few local pubs and one restaurant with a good meal placed in neighbourhood. Lot of shopping centers as well. My house is situated in historical place with a lovely old buildings and nice green gardens. I feel here like on an old village, but I am in Prague and I can relax on a garden and make a barbecue. You can use your own sitting place and the barbecue in the garden. You can park your car right on the plot, the whole piece of land is fenced. I rebuilt the estate by myself, including the garden and interiors. I like my house, it is realy good place to relax. If You come You can relax here to. I offer You the whole small house You will have Your own key. The entrance into the house is right from the garden without stairs. You can use your own parking place right in front of the house. Your own garden with a sitting place and a garden toys is available for your useing. We are a friendly family. I speak czek english and russian. I live in the same plot, but in different house. In our neighbourhood is a fine restaurant, 2 minutes by foot, with a garden, good meal and beer, open the whole week, which is located in a historical building. The lot of schoping centers are near by us. Near by is also large historic park "Hvezda" with garden pleasure house from the 17th century and second nature park "Sarka" with rocks and creek offers open air pool (established 1920) and lovely garden restaurant. Both are in a walking distance. There is good acces to Prague's important historic monuments (Prague Castle, Strahov monastery, Brevnov monastery and others). Our location offers sports activities - you can visit nearby climbing wall/boulder facility, we can lend you bikes. From our place there is also easily accessible important medieval castle Karlstejn which is situated near Prague. How can you get to us??? ======From the AIRPORT Vaclava Havla---- it is 10 minutes by taxi( Uber cost aroun 7 Euro),---- or you can go by bus 119 to station VELESLAVIN and after by bus 225 to station STARE NAMESTI. Befor you get to the station , press the exit button near the door! ---The bus station is also very close to us 2 minutes on foot(URL HIDDEN)======From the RAILWAY STATION- Hlavni Nadrazi-you can take subway (metro you find it in the station hall -also the ticket to the public transport you can buy here in the slot machine by 32 ck)-- you go by metro line C direction LETNANY and in the station MUZEUM you transfer to line A direction MOTOL and get off at the station VELESLAVIN and here take a bus 225 to station STARE NAMESTI Befor you get to the station press the exit button neer the door!.======From the BUS STATION- Florenc --You can go by metro line C to station MUZEUM and here you transfer to metro line A direction MOTOL. You will see on the left side Caravantravel, on the right side is a restarant BASTILA which has not worked for a long time. Behind it is a small asphalt road leading uphill. We are the second house on this road. The neighbor below us has a small tire service. The whole journey takes about 2 minutes on foot.====== If you would like to come to us BY CAR, no problem, becouse you do not have to go to town and you can park in your own parking place in front of the house. ======From us to DOWN TOWN ( close to Charles Bridge and Old Town Square) it takes 20 minutes by bus and metro. We have one cat he live in the garden. I can arrange for you some equipment for small children - cot, baby bath and toys (including garden toys).
