Spacious double room in a three bed house, on the 1st floor . You have access to shared Kitchen /Bathroom. Location has easy access to Bradford City centre and to Bradford University / college. Direct bus goes straight to City Centre and a 24hr supermarket Tesco is only a 2 minutes walking distance from the house. Post office, newsagents , dry cleaners,plenty takeaways/restaurants & much more only a walking distance away. Would suit a student or professional who needs a quiet place to live. Spacious room, plenty room for storage, there is also a desk with a chair so you can bring your lap top as well. The room is located in a very quiet and peaceful area. You will most certainly get a good nights sleep in this cosy room. You can use the kitchen and washroom By phone, email and tex. I am also on (Hidden by Airbnb) so you can reach me always easily. Lovely quiet neighbourhood and easy access to everywhere. Tesco is 5 minutes walking distance and open 24 hours. You have a bus stop at your doorstep and so many shops like post office etc Very close to bus stop to get to the Bradford City Centre easily. Also if you took Uber , it is not expensive much in Bradford. Please note the below only rules I have no overnight guests no smoking in the house no cooking pork, bacon and ham in the house please also kindly leave your shoes below at the staircase before going upstairs, shoes are not allowed upstairs to maintain hygiene . Please can you kindly leave your shoes at the entrance, near kitchen,please do not go upstairs with your shoes. Also, please do kindly clean the washroom, shower, toilet seat after use. You will be expected to buy your own toilet roll, toilet seat wipes and cleaning spray to clean the shower cubicle. Please also kindly clean the kitchen after using. Thanks .
