Beautifully decorated, comfortable ground floor apartment with on road parking and garden at the back which is shared with other residents. Great place to stay if you are traveling for work, visiting family or looking to explore Montrose. I am local so if there are any issues I can be easily contacted other than that you will be left to enjoy your stay. There are plenty of things to do in Montrose and most are within walking distance. You are located at the end of the mid links, about a mile of green park where you will find a childrens play park, tennis courts, the Hope Paton bowling club and the pavilion cafe which is definitely worth a visit.You can even take a walk down to the seafront where there is a great play park. The Montrose Golf club is just over a mile away. The property is just a few minutes walk from the high street. There is free parking on the street outside the apartment. You can get buses on the high street and the train station is within walking distance.Due to the location of the apartment most things are within walking distance.
