This cosy 45m2 apartment is based centrally in Osterrönfeld, a quaint village alongside the Nord-Ostsee Canal. Supermarkets are within a 5 minute walk, and the location benefits from direct access to the autobahn, canal and nearby wharfs including Lürssen and Nobiskrug. Longer stays are encouraged, we welcome all! WiFi is inclusive, and it is a fantastic central location in beautiful surrounds. You will also be able to benefit from 24 hour, self check in. Welcome to our much loved apartment in Osterrönfeld, which for those who don't know it is a peaceful canal-side village on the other side of municipal capital Rendsburg. It is a practical, open plan one bed apartment with a spacious lounge room at its heart. There is a double size sofa bed, work desk and stereo system in the lounge. The open plan kitchen has a ceramic cooktop, fridge, microwave and full kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink and there's a fully equipped laundry with wash machine and clothes line. You'll be welcome to use the private terrace as well as a little kettle grill in the warmer weather. The apartment is located a 10 minute walk from the canal. It is very close to a playground and supermarkets, and there's a park reserved for you too. Wi-Fi is inclusive. Deutsch Willkommen zu unsere geliebte Wohnung in Osterrönfeld. Die Wohnung zeichnet sich durch ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit Stereo Anlage und Schreibtisch. Die moderne und offene Küche verfügt über Cerankochfeld, Dunstabzugshabe und Kühlschrank. Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche mit WC und Becken. Es gibt auch ein Waschraum komplett mit Waschmaschine. Eine sonnige terasse steht zur Verfügung, sowie ein kleines kugelgrill. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft und ca. 10 Minuten zum Kanal. WLAN ist inklusiv. You will have full and private access to the apartment plus an allocated parking spot. The apartment features open plan kitchen and lounge, master bedroom, modern bathroom and laundry room with wash machine and dryer. You also have access to a secure WiFi connection. I am not based locally but will be available via message throughout. It is a managed property. It's a green, open and family orientated neighbourhood with great links to the autobahn and canal, and very close to the shops. There's lots of green space for you to explore. The closest bus stop is a 6 minute walk away (beim Friedhof), which will get you to the Schülldorf train station, Schacht-Audorf or Rendsburg. Rendsburg is the municipal capital and an old heritage town with all services and rail links to Hamburg. Kiel is the state capital and can be reached with the train from Schülldorf in 30 minutes, or via the autobahn in 20 minutes. Hamburg is 100km from Osterrönfeld via the autobahn A7, and it will take you just over an hour to reach Hamburg Airport. It's simple and cosy accommodation, that is welcoming to all.
