Ideal for a holiday stay (no cooking but picnic possible and good restaurants nearby). Tastefully decorated and antique furniture throughout the house, including the room Prune (a double bed + possibility of an extra bed teenager and a child bed = 20 € / bed / night) and the room Fishing (two twin beds); they both have their bathroom and private toilet. Child under 2 years free (cot and high chair available). With its unexpected garden, walled, swimming pool, deckchairs, a large terrace facing south for breakfast and sunbathing, it is a haven of peace full of charm and ideally placed at the crossroads of the Dordogne and Gironde . Located in a peaceful village surrounded by sunflowers and the first hills of the Agenais, you will be 15 minutes from Marmande, 25 from Duras, 25 from Eymet in Dordogne, 40 minutes from Bergerac, and 40 minutes from Villeneuve-sur-Lot . You will be able to take the road of the vineyards, to savor the gastronomy of the South-West, to discover the numerous markets of countries, but also to sail in gabare, to walk or to ride in a cheerful nature, to visit castles or bastides, to practice hiking, to play golf, canoeing, fly in ULM or simply ... go fishing! We will be pleased to guide you and inform you to enjoy the Lot-et-Garonne which remains a region to discover off the beaten track!
