We offer clean, comfortable, modern and fresh homely accommodation. The listing is for a small cosy single room to the front of our property, with a lock on the door. The room has a single bed, single wardrobe with drawers, bedside drawers with handy touch lamp and a folding table with swivel chair great for laptop work. You will have free WiFi and free Parking. Tea and Coffee are provided. Breakfast = Cerials and Toast offered if needed at £2 per day. A Semi-Detached house, in a wide road, that consists of three bedrooms, one bathroom, a downstairs toilet, a utility room, a large kitchen with 6 seater dining table,an outside rear decked patio/garden area and to the front is a drive. Shared bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and separate shower :- soap, toilet paper and clean towels are provided. Kitchen with large 6 seater dining table:- You will have full use of microwave, fridge/freezer, oven and hob, and all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. Laundry room with free use of washing machine/tumble dryer :- wash powder and conditioner are provided. Access to the rear decked patio/garden area with seating :- Smoking is permitted in this area only. I will be available 24/7 during your stay with us either in person or via phone. Our neighbourhood is quiet day and night, so you can be sure of a good nights sleep. We have a “convenient corner shop” across the road and a “Fish and chip shop that do Kebabs, Pizza and more” nearby. There is “The Worley hotel “ for drinks and food a few minutes walk away and “Glenys Bar” for drinks in the next street a few minutes walk away. By car we are easily found from junction 4 of the M180 by just 2 main roads. We are 18 miles from Hull, 25 miles from Lincoln, 23 miles from Grimsby and 21 miles from Doncaster.
