Self contained studio annexe

The Haven is a fully equipped, self catering, double bedded studio annexe, situated in Sunninghill Ascot. It is welcoming, cosy and warm making it a superb place for short term living. Wifi, linen and off-road private parking are included. The Haven is a superb alternative to a Hotel. We are located in leafy Ascot in 1/3rd acre with self contained facilities. ENJOY OUR GARDEN! You are welcome to the top end of our garden which has table/chairs and a bar b q We will be here to welcome you and ensure you are comfortable. Once you are happy, you can be autonomous without any hassle from anyone unless you need us! Our neighbourhood is great! You are a two minutes walk to Sunninghill village with 3 pubs (all providing food) two Indian restaurants, an Indian take-away, the Jade restaurant and an Italian restuarant. We also have a fab fish and chip shop! Ascot is 5 minutes away with the mainline train to London (50 mins). Sunningdale of course has the famous Sunningdale and Wentworth Golf Courses. The White Bus can take you through Windosr park to Windsor and the stop is in Sunninghill village. Mainline trains to London/Reading from Ascot or Sunningdale train stations (Ascot is a 4 min drive or 15 min walk) Heathrow is very close (20 minutes) so too is Windsor, Virginia Water, the Great Park, Legoland to name just a few. Our location is superb for our road network - hence we have lived here for 34 years! We do have a travel cot for non walking babies.
