This modernized 100 year old house has got a nice spacious garden, a wood stove and a sauna. It is particularly suitable for families with (little) children. You have the house to yourself except for the presence of 2 cats, who mainly live outside or in the living room. It is not a litter box and therefore no cat odor. The house has got a little front garden, an entrance and hall with stairs and toilet. On the groundfoor you’ll find a ‘en-suite’ livingroom with French doors to the sunny garden (12m) and open kitchen. On the 1st floor you’ll find a bathroom (including a toilet, bath and separated shower), a childrens room (including bunk bed), the master bedroom (including king size bed, television and attached a little balcony) and a 2nd childrens room (including 1 person loftbed). On the 2nd floor you’ll find another bathroom (including a toilet, shower and sauna), a guestroom (including a doublebed and a small guestroom (including a double bed) Always available for questions and suggestions, easily accessible via (Hidden by Airbnb) . The Zeeheldenbuurt is a quiet neighborhood between the center (950m) and TU Delft (700,m). You'll know everything about Delftware after a visit to 'Royal Delft' (240m) where there is also a lunch cafe and shop.
